These parts washers are designed for spray washing with water-based soap at a temperature of up to 60-70°C. All machines are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. These machines work thanks to the rotation of the basket around its vertical axis and are suitable for washing small and medium-sized parts.
X51 Series
Spray cleaners
Compact and multifunctional. These are our stainless steel spray washers with a rotating basket up to a diameter of 1,295mm and maximum load of 350kg. With a maximum adjustable temperature up to 60°C, you degrease all visible surfaces at the push of a button.
Continuing with sustainability, ProSonic's spray washers come standard with a water storage tank, tank heater, oil skimmer and basket filter. This allows you to reuse the water containing the soap until its action diminishes.

X53 Series
Spray cleaners
Cleaning or pre-washing cylinder heads, among other things, is what the X53 series is known for. Thanks to its maximum load capacity of 700kg and rotating basket up to 1,800mm, you will place the most common objects.
The integrated water tank with basket filter, oil skimmer and heater, ensures an always warm and clean spray pool. By using the circulation water up to a temperature of 70°C adjustable, the machine goes along with the sustainability of your workplace.

X53/2 Series
Spray Cleaners
Cleaning and rinsing, this is where the X53/2 differs from the other models. Complementing the existing features of the standard X53 series, models from the X53/2 come with a double but separate amount of water storage.
At the end of the cleaning process, the placed objects are cleared of soaps by cleaning them with clean water without operator intervention. This saves one step in the process of cleaning and space in the workshop.
