Top and front loading spray cleaners
These parts washers are designed for spray washing with water-based soap at a temperature of up to 60-70°C. All machines are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. These machines work thanks to the rotation of the basket around its vertical axis and are suitable for washing small and medium-sized parts.
X51-series Spray Cleaners
Compact and multifunctional. These are our stainless steel spray washers with a rotating basket up to a diameter of 1,295 mm and a maximum load of 350 kg. With a maximum adjustable temperature of up to 60°C, you can degrease all visible surfaces at the touch of a button.
At the forefront of sustainability, ProSonic spray washers are always supplied as standard with a water storage tank, tank heating, oil skimmer and basket filter. This way, you can reuse the water with the soap in it until its effectiveness decreases
X53-series Spray Cleaners
Cleaning or pre-washing of cylinder heads, among other things, is what the X53-series is known for. Thanks to the maximum load capacity of 700kg and rotating basket up to 1,800mm, you can threat most common objects.
The integrated water tank with basket filter, oil skimmer and heating ensures a spray bath that is always warm and clean. By using the circulation water that can be set to a temperature of 70°C, the machine is a sustainable part of your workplace.
X53/2-series Spray Cleaners
Cleaning and rinsing, this is where the X53/2 distinguishes itself from other models. In addition to the existing features of the standard X53-series, the models of the X53/2 come with a double but separate water storage.
At the end of the cleaning process, remaining soap residue is removed by cleaning them with clean water without the intervention of an operator. This saves you a step in the cleaning process and space in the workshop.
