ProSonic is a distributor and manufacturer for the Benelux. We supply standard ultrasonic cleaners up to 12,000 liters of water content, but also custom models up to 70,000 liters. If desired, all ultrasonic cleaners can be equipped with a fully automated loading and unloading system in a multi-stage line.

One of our best sellers is the ACM-650E Ultrasonic cleaner. This machine is ideal for industrial applications, such as the plastics processing industry, engine overhaul workshops and much more. ProSonic ultrasonic cleaners are distinguished by

  • The use of a low ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz is very effective for heavy pollution!
  • Digitally generated sine wave, which enables synchronization, which results in even more powerful cavitation and a very high energy efficiency of 95%.
  • The above in combination with patented sound insulation (ARF) makes it possible to keep the sound level of a closed ultrasonic cleaner below 78 dba.
    Very good thermal insulation 50mm. of high-quality insulation material ensures low energy loss and a pleasant working environment.
  • The ProSonic ultrasonic cleaner works with a high wattage per liter, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
  • The ultrasonic elements and control are designed, built and tested customer-specifically.
  • All ultrasonic elements are integrated into the walls of the ultrasonic cleaner and do not affect the usable work space. This way they are well protected against damage.
  • Exclusive and patented Laminar Flow System (LFS). All loose floating contaminants, such as oil and grease, but also paints, are automatically removed so the clean workpiece leaves the bath through a clean liquid surface.
  • The ultrasonic cleaner is made entirely of stainless steel.
  • Each ultrasonic cleaner can be equipped with hybrid heating by using a heat exchanger.
  • Simple operation thanks to the touchscreen in combination with a PLC that offers many options, such as automatically starting a cleaning cycle. This also keeps track of the energy consumption of the ultrasonic cleaner.
